One thing that I think needs clarification and is always reflected as a misconception in the views of many is the issue of the presence of some Pashtuns in the political and military ranks of non-Pashtuns, especially Tajiks. Many Tajiks justify the presence of Tajiks in the ranks of Pashtuns by the fact that several Pashtuns are in the ranks of Tajiks. Especially now the Tajik Taliban, and during the republican period the Tajiks are agents of Karzai and Ghani. They raised this issue and justified their mission, livelihood, and personal selfish interests with this.
However, the presence of a Pashtun among the Tajiks is very different from that of a Tajik among the Pashtuns.
The presence of a Pashtun in the ranks of Tajiks means his presence in the ranks of justice seekers. Naturally, in every nation, there are people seeking justice. Pashtuns are no exception. But we see that the number of Pashtuns among the Tajiks is small. It may not be possible to judge on this basis that the number of people seeking justice among the Pashtuns is small, but the fact is that most Pashtuns, at least as far as I remember, supported the treacherous, fascist and oppressive Pashtun leaders and groups.
In any case, when a Pashtun joins the ranks of the Tajiks and other ethnic groups to fight for justice, it can be said that he did not benefit from fascism and Pashtunism, but instead, he will have a clear conscience and great spiritual achievement. He is the one who left the line of cruelty and crime and joined the line of fighters for justice. He can stand proudly before his human conscience and be proud of what he has done. So there is a strong noble motive in this path.
But the presence of a Tajik in the ranks of Pashtuns is complicity in a crime. This is participation in aggression and violation of rights. The Tajik, who stands in the ranks of the Pashtuns, does this for personal gain. He violates his human conscience. He draws a sword against his people and clan for the sake of money, power and material wealth. He sells his conscience for money. His presence in the ranks of the Pashtuns does not carry any value and, in addition to depriving him of his human conscience, also shows his lack of understanding. Because he may not know what his presence in the ranks of the Pashtuns means. Unfortunately, many Tajiks in the Pashtun ranks do not have sufficient political understanding of the nature of Pashtun plans and programs.
But we are talking about those who know what the ranks of Pashtuns are. They know that the Taliban is essentially a Pashtun force to suppress non-Pashtun peoples, but despite this understanding and awareness, they join the ranks of the Pashtuns, and then they justify themselves by saying that, for example, a certain Pashtun is also in the ranks of the Tajiks. If the person here who justifies himself in this way is selfish and unscrupulous, then he is thoughtless. Interestingly, most of these people say that our presence, for example in the ranks of the Taliban, or yesterday in the ranks of Ghani and Karzai, is for the benefit of our people. This excuse is worse than sin. You, who still do not know the difference between your presence in the ranks of the Pashtuns and the presence of a Pashtun in the ranks of the Tajiks, how do you claim to ensure the welfare of your people?
Another explanation is that all Pashtun military and political ranks, at least for the last hundred years, are similar. All these ranks, from the democrats and communists to the ruling Islamists, have the same plan and goal, namely to exclude non-Pashtuns from the state system, destroy their identity and drive them out of their lands, and kill and imprison some people to neutralize them. Anyone who understands politics even a little knows the connection between Amanullah a hundred years ago and Haibatullah a hundred years later. Pashtunism. Destruction and suppression of non-Pashtuns, usurpation and occupation of their lands, destruction of their identity, language, and history, and the murder of their warriors and leaders!
But on the other hand, the ranks of non-Pashtuns have always been defensive and liberating in nature. We do not know a single group on this side that has an anti-Pashtun plan and a plan to eliminate Pashtuns. All of them are created to protect values, identity, and land, although in many cases this is not said and does not become a slogan. The Pashtuns always moved from the south towards Kabul and the north, usurping, occupying, and plundering, against which popular defensive movements were formed.
I hope that these explanations have cleared the minds of those who justify the presence of some Pashtuns in the ranks of the Tajiks by their misunderstanding and self-interest.
I wrote this in connection with Hamid Khorasani's statement. The one who fought against his people along with the Pashtun aggressors for almost three years. It is said that he detained hundreds of our youths, accusing them of being members of the resistance, and handed them over to Pashtun torture squads. If you do not dare to do this and you lie, then know that after this the conclusion about you will be that you deliberately became an ally of the evil enemy of our people, and you will lose the chance to be forgiven!
These people, the peshmerga of whose enemy you are, is rooted in history, and today or tomorrow they will bring the enemy to their knees and defend their throne, and you, who unknowingly joined the ranks of the enemy and deliberately remained there, will face a very bad end.
