Qari Fasihuddin, chief of staff of the Taliban, reported on the participation of ISIS in the Panjshir and Andarab wars and the impregnability of the Hindu Kush.

KABUL, April 7 - Sangar, Farzam Kazemi. He made the announcement at an emergency meeting of senior Haqqani and Taliban commanders from Mullah Baradar's team.

Qari Fasihuddin, who himself fought in the Panjshir Valley and Andarab, returned to Kabul and told senior Taliban leaders that in this war, ISIS fighters also fought under the guise of resistance fighters.

According to a source of the Sangar website in the Taliban Ministry of Defense, the Taliban's chief of staff said it was impossible to conquer the Panjshir and Andarab valleys, which are made up entirely of hard-to-reach mountains.

“The Soviets were not successful. During the first reign, the Taliban could not even cross the thresholds of these natural forts. There is no power other than God to conquer the Hindu Kush. Our war in Panjshir and Andarab will lead to new casualties and is a waste of money and time,” said Qari Fasihuddin.

But the moment that annoys the Taliban leaders and makes them think hard is the report of the Chief of the General Staff on the presence of ISIS fighters in the ranks of the resistance forces. He said that since the resistance fronts were now facing a shortage of money, ISIS was able to infiltrate them and recruit commanders and soldiers, giving them large sums of money for further attacks against the Taliban.

“ISIS pays for every attack and operation. But what worries the leaders of the Emirate, especially the Haqqani Network, is the change in the rules of the game. They think ISIS is under their control, but what other side is using it? All Uzbek Taliban commanders who were disbanded from the north were fired and imprisoned for collaborating with Turkey and being able to join Daesh,” the source said.

The Sangar website's source said that Qari Fasihuddin's words had a strong effect on the Taliban leaders and they concluded that they would use all means at their disposal in the war against the resistance fronts and ISIS, but it was not clear what they would do.

The emergency meeting of Taliban warlords with Mullah Yaqub, Minister of Defense, Sirajuddin Haqqani, Minister of Interior, Mawlawi Amirkhan Haqqani, Commander of the 209th Fath Army in the north, Mawlawi Amanuddin, Commander of the Air Force, Haji Malikhan, Deputy of Fasihuddin and several other seniors military leaders passed in the small hall of the Taliban Ministry of Defense.

Qari Fasihuddin, who rushed to Kabul after the end of the recent Panjshir Wars, which lasted from April 1 to 4, inflicting heavy losses on the Taliban, was the keynote speaker for the session.

After Panjshir, the Taliban sent thousands of soldiers of the laser group, Badri, Red Detachment, Al-Fath - Mazari Sharif, local Taliban, and foreign terrorists from the province of Baghlan to Andarab and Khost.

These forces were defeated in their first battles in the Kasan valley and Khair valley of the Deh Salah district, but throughout this, at the same time, the Banu and Pule Khesar districts in Andarabs and Khostu Firing of the Khosts of Baghlan province, these forces carried out house-to-house searches and oppressed people.

“No one understands the logic of these actions. It seems that the forces are officially ordered to search the houses. This is when they understand well that the resistance fighters are in the mountains. What's in their head, they know themselves,” said the source.

Reports of ISIS involvement in the Hindu Kush wars do not bode well for the anti-Taliban forces, especially the National Resistance Front and the Afghan Liberation Front, which are mostly based in Panjshir and Andarab, as they do not have a common idea and purpose with such a world-famous terrorist organization.

On the other hand, if Kari Fasihuddin's report is not propaganda to discredit the anti-Taliban forces but turns out to be true and the ranks of the anti-Taliban fronts are not cleared of the presence of Daesh members, there will be a general change in the situation in the war in Afghanistan, for which there is no other definition than "the war of all Against everyone".
