Stalinism was not communism that everyone knew from propaganda.
Stalinism was an ideology distinct from Marxism and Leninism. Its basis was Russian just socialism with Orthodox foundations and a state economy under the leadership of the dictator Stalin.
The Stalinist economy in the history of mankind gave the largest economic growth of 10 to 24 percent per year. He turned a peasant country into a large industrial country, and after the end of World War II into the world's second economy, which was not the case anywhere else in the world.
If Stalin hadn't lost 3.5 million of his most dedicated men during World War II, his journey might have continued.
But after World War II, first, the nationalist current weakened Stalin, and after his death, the pro-Western Trotskyist faction under the leadership of Khrushchev abandoned all of Stalin's plans and followed the path of an open economy and society.
As a result, the bricks of the system laid down by Stalin were removed one by one.
Brezhnev's policy of peaceful coexistence with the West dealt the death blow, bringing it to an end in the Gorbachev era.
The Communist Party of the USSR after Stalin was a Trotskyist party.

Putin started a war with the West with its liberal political economy and orthodox conservative values. Its economy depends on foreign countries. Russia is neither in economic growth nor in overall technological growth at the level of the Soviet Union of the Stalin era.

This regime is threatened by a great danger, namely the strengthening of the power of the military in the war.
