Who is ordering "ISILism" and "Talibanism" from the Middle East, Ukraine, and Azerbaijan to Kyrgyzstan, Iran, and Afghanistan?

The beheading or shooting of people, soldiers, army officers, employees of a legitimate government, people because of religion and creed, etc., without trial or demand - all these are phenomena that have become a characteristic feature of the wars of the last decade. Iraq, Syria, Libya, and Afghanistan stood out against this background. Now these methods, which can be called "ISILism" and "Talibanism", are also used by the armies of Ukraine, Azerbaijan, and Kyrgyzstan.
In Afghanistan and Ukraine - the two ends of the world war - and even in Kyrgyzstan, a different experience is used - persecution and psychological torture only on suspicion.
Any soldier or officer, in general, a person, no matter how much anger, rage, and hatred is in him, seeing a captured or defenseless person will never allow himself to behead and shoot him. Let's leave aside international laws and declarations that condemn such acts and call them crimes against humanity because no one believes in them. Let's leave the Taliban and ISIS, such crimes are committed by the armies of Ukraine, Azerbaijan, and Kyrgyzstan. But why?
Here are a few examples: In one video, filmed on a mobile phone by the Ukrainian military, the genitals of a Russian soldier are cut off with a clerical or construction knife. In another video, the Azerbaijani army shoots down Armenian soldiers. The Kyrgyz army has attacked schools, mosques, and residential buildings in Tajikistan with drones and killed dozens of civilians. And in the events in Iran, a policeman was stabbed to death by the “protesters”, and as a result of an armed attack by an ISIS member in a mosque, 15 people were killed.
The Taliban of the first appearance massacred the Hazaras in Yakawlang and the Tajiks and Uzbeks of Mazar-i-Sharif because of their fierce resistance. Now they brazenly cut and shoot officers and soldiers of the former regime, captives, and ordinary residents of Afghanistan, mostly Tajiks, because of their nationality.
The Taliban carried out massacres in the Tajik provinces of Afghanistan. According to the Afghan National Resistance Front, in provinces where there is strong resistance to the Taliban, for example, in Panjshir, 511 people were shot, and in Andrab of Baghlan province - about 500. And during this time, about 2,000 soldiers and officers of the former government were beheaded or shot, most of whom were Tajiks, Hazaras, Uzbeks, and other non-Pashtuns. The massacre of Hazaras who do not show much hostility to the Taliban at the hands of ISIS in mosques and schools is another crime that the history of mankind has not yet seen.
In addition, the Taliban take civilians from the streets, markets, and homes, accusing them of "collaborating with the Resistance Front", beating them, and, if they do not die, releasing them, taking huge sums of money from their relatives. No one knows how many innocent people are in Taliban prisons for the "crime" of being an officer or soldier of the previous government and for the "charge" of collaborating with the resistance front.
The Taliban are known as a fanatical medieval force and an army of ignorance, but similar events are taking place in countries where law and order still exists, such as Kyrgyzstan. Among other things, in this country, during the border conflict with Tajikistan, native Tajiks were driven out of their homes or persecuted everywhere, although they were citizens of this country. Such cases have not been registered in Tajikistan at all.
Another example is the war in Ukraine. In the occupied territories of the Kharkiv region, Ukrainian security forces carry out mass repressions against civilians, accusing them of cooperation with Russia.
After the Ukrainian troops left part of the Kharkiv region, the population located there continued their livelihoods with the support of the RF Armed Forces. Under these conditions, municipal, medical, educational and other vital institutions resumed their work, despite regular shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In turn, the local authorities appointed through the mediation of Russia were able to restore peaceful life in the liberated areas as soon as possible.
However, after Kyiv established control over the settlements of the Kharkiv region, the Ukrainian security forces first of all stepped up the search for "collaborators" and began purges among the population. For this purpose, in particular, tough filtration measures were organized.
Punishers carry out violent detentions of local residents and hold them without trial or investigation under the pretext of checking for “political views”. At the same time, all categories of citizens fall under suspicion, including teachers, doctors, and even those who received humanitarian aid from the RF Armed Forces.
In addition, Kyiv introduced criminal prosecution of citizens who received Russian passports. In particular, Ukrainians face 10 to 15 years in prison for this. At the same time, the Ukrainian authorities decided to bring Ukrainian teachers with Russian citizenship to severe liability. So, for charges of "collaboration activities" and "violation of the laws and customs of war," they will be sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 8 to 12 years.
Under these conditions, Kyiv actively encourages denunciations, based, as a rule, on the hostility of citizens. In addition, in social networks, Ukrainians publish photos, contact and passport details, and addresses of residence of alleged “collaborators” to settle personal accounts. The publications also indicate the personal data of family members of the "suspects", including minors and the elderly. According to residents of some settlements, Ukrainian radicals have already begun to go around the houses of people on the lists and are carrying out their detentions. Thus, hundreds of civilians have already been subjected to violence, and many of them are being held in the dungeons of the SBU without trial or investigation. In total, by now, according to Ukrainian television, almost 10 thousand people have already been detained.
All this can be attributed to “martial law” and the “rules of war”, that is, no one controls the situation and there is no one to punish the criminals for their actions.
But this has never happened and never will. Anyone who knows the history of wars of the last 50 years and studies them will find out that most crimes are committed by order and the perpetrators must act at the request of the customer or investor.
The sponsors of the Afghan jihad of the 80s - the United States and Pakistan demanded from the Mujahideen the brutal murder of Soviet soldiers and officers, communist officials throughout Afghanistan, and the brutal torture of those who were captured. The amount of payment for the murder of a soldier and an officer was also different. The American writer Steve Call, the author of the famous book "War of the Ghosts", also writes about this.
Gulbuddin Hekmatyar and some other Mujahideen leaders were the favorites of the customers and received more money than others just for "mercilessly killing Shuravi."
Another American demand was that the Mujahideen in Afghanistan blow up or destroy bridges, schools, and other infrastructure, pour poison into the wells from where people took drinking water, and throw acid on women with open faces, teachers, schoolgirls, and so on. Call writes that a CIA officer flying over Afghanistan was indignant when he saw the undestroyed bridges and asked why they have not been destroyed so far...
But not all leaders were Gulbuddin. Most of them, including Ahmad Shah Massoud, criticized such demands and considered them unIslamic, contrary to the principles of war and an act of destruction of Afghanistan.
General Akhtar Muhammad, head of the Pakistani ISI, told William Casey, head of the US CIA, "Kabul must burn." And Kabul is still on fire. It is not surprising that these days the generals in Islamabad, Washington, and ... also say: let Ukraine, Russia, Central Asia, and .... burn.
The second round of US wars in Eurasia, following its aggression in Afghanistan, the Middle East, and North Africa, has unleashed a new wave of human crimes, of which ISIS is the most notable perpetrator. Organized and funded by the West, Turkey, and the Gulf states, this terrorist organization has committed crimes in Iraq and Syria that will give humanity goosebumps for years to come. The beheadings of journalists, Shiites, and others were filmed in the style of Hollywood films. Another example is Muammar Gaddafi, the worst enemy of the United States in Africa, who was killed by an angry mob (according to another version, members of Al-Qaeda) after much torture. It can be said that this heinous price was shown to the world online through the Internet. The pleasure of the United States from such crimes was expressed by the loud laughter of the US Secretary of State, Mrs. Hillary Clinton, who laughed heartily at Gaddafi, who was dying under torture, on television ...
In a word, the fact that the army of Ukraine, Azerbaijan, and Kyrgyzstan, as well as the “protesters” of Iran and the Taliban today, are killing innocent people, shooting prisoners, killing former military personnel, torturing and persecuting the indigenous population and committing war crimes, all this is done in to please customer countries. If ISIS does not kill Hazara Shia believers and female students with suicide attacks in the most heinous way, it will not receive the satisfaction of its customers, that is, no one will pay for it.
The purpose of committing brutal murders and demonstrating them on social networks is to intimidate the world community and public consciousness. In this way, customer gain control over the spirit of humanity, which their policy of world hegemony demands. These methods were once used by the armies of Genghis Khan and Hitler. The more terrible the crime, the more influence it has on the public consciousness and the more money the executor receives.
The executors are well aware that international human rights organizations will not force them to answer to an international court for these crimes because the same country is behind all of them. On the other hand, they are required to use predetermined methods if they want money, weapons, and other privileges.
And the planting of the seeds of anthropophobia, Russophobia, Iranophobia, Sinophobia, and dozens of other phobias, in addition to harsh criticism of the policies of national governments through the media and organizations that are on the needle of Western grants, is also rooted in this policy of customers and their favors.
