Using modern technology, this group tries to suffocate people in their mentalities and create the necessary fear to control them before using coercive power and repression;
- The policy of building religious schools that provides a field for recruitment: the Taliban have established several thousand religious schools since they gained power, and the official policy of the Taliban regime is to abandon modern education and the policy of Haqqani schools to impose and make it more general in Afghanistan's educational system. The past performances of the Taliban and their ideological position show that the school building program of this group is very broad and will go beyond the level of cities and provincial centers and will also include the most remote villages and suburbs’. According to the existing documents and according to the school building program of the Taliban group, more than 3,700 small and big religious schools will be built throughout this country. - The policy of blackmailing the people of Afghanistan and the countries of the region: During the first and second periods when they came to power, the Taliban group obtained a lot of financial resources from the policy of blackmail, extortion and extortion, and they were able to carry out extensive repression under this pretext. . This group first arrested people mainly of Tajik ethnicity under the pretext of being part of the former government (especially the security forces of the former government), resistance fronts, etc. weapons, military equipment and even military vehicles. This group continues to take money from national businessmen, traders, influential people and landowners, and through that, they have put a seal of approval on the imposition of their own rule. Beyond this policy inside Afghanistan, this ignorant group makes political extortion from the region through the foreign terrorist groups that this group hosts and collects a lot of financial resources. Interaction with China, Iran, Russia and Central Asian countries, even America and other European countries, is one of the usual policies of this group's government. Whenever the amount of monetary aid is reduced, the card of terrorism, ISIS and other foreign terrorist groups that have created safe havens under the umbrella of the authoritarian and un-Islamic government of the Taliban, are immediately activated and force the region to pay random they do. This group is trying to Afghanize the poor and oppressed people of Afghanistan, especially the Tajiks under the cover of religion and religion, and not allow the Tajiks to return to power with the false slogan of Islam and under the title of Afghanism. This policy has been continued against the Tajiks for years and according to the theory of "Saqawi the II" which is the main doctrine of Pashtun descent, the geography, politics and sources of power and national wealth in Afghanistan must be completely Afghanized and under the control of Pashtuns;
- The policy of terrorism: Considering their main nature, the Taliban love terrorism, because they have a common face and similar thinking with terrorism. In general, the Taliban group itself has emerged from a terrorist trend that has been striving for power only with terrorist policies. Therefore, by using the existence of terrorist groups, on the one hand, this group shelters, equips, finances and supports them, and on the other hand, due to their existence, they extort huge amounts of money from the region and beyond. They hit their pockets. The terrorist groups that this group supports in Afghanistan, in the south, southeast, north and northeast regions, have regular war structures and have training centers for terrorist forces at their disposal, which is a good message for the security of the region. And it is not the world, and the world should act separately in order to deal with this policy of the Taliban terrorist group;
- The policy of terror and torture under the slogan of general amnesty: Until now, hundreds of officers and employees of the security forces of the former government of Afghanistan have fallen into the trap of the Taliban using the trick of amnesty and have been subjected to the most horrific inhumane and Islamic tortures. Darul Uloom Haqqaniyyah is known as the "University of Jihadists" and educates its students based on the beliefs of the Deobandi School. With this, the Taliban group is trying to replace the educational policies of the Pakistani Tandoor religious groups in the Afghan education system. This work will be useful for the strengthening of the Taliban rule, and it will also prevent the society and people of Afghanistan from being deprived of education, literacy and modern knowledge, and will not become a danger against the illegitimate and terrorist rule of the Taliban. The policy of the Taliban is basically a copy of the Tandooran policies of Deobandi and fosters the spirit of militancy, extremism, takfir and opposition to modern and contemporary science. This group is trying to keep the Afghan society away from understanding the existing and bitter political truths caused by the repressive rule of the Taliban and rule them like sheep subjects with extensive and targeted schooling. Now, one of the main goals of this group is to establish jihadi schools, to train hundreds of thousands of potential soldiers for future wars inside the country or to export them for "jihad" outside of Afghanistan. Also, the education of future generations in Afghanistan, with the spirit of extremism, religious extremism, excommunication, hatred and disgust, has ruled out the possibility of any kind of political change, political pluralism, movement towards modern knowledge and political critical thinking, and served a blind society. It sets the goals of the Taliban.
Considering the main principles of Taliban policies and strategies, this group always tries to implement them. This group knows very well that the only way to control power is extremism, hostility to modern science, ethnic manipulation, misogyny and blackmail to continue their rule.
