In Afghanistan, we always face three main scenarios:
1 - Absolute sovereignty of one ethnic group over other ethnic groups by force, brutality, violence, weapons, and prison.
2—Form a participatory government based on a constitution and ethnic group participation, ensuring social justice through understanding, consent, votes, elections, advice, compromise, unity, and rapprochement.
3 - War, disorder, hatred, division, poverty, suffering, immigration, and excessive foreign interference.
The third scenario results from failing to fully implement the first and second scenarios. There are many reasons and factors why the first and second scenarios are not realized, but their consideration is beyond the scope of this article.
The Taliban is implementing the first scenario, and there are signs of failure. If the non-Taliban parties, especially the non-Pashtuns, can manage the situation properly during this period, we can move to the second scenario. But this is unlikely to happen. Implementing the second scenario requires multilateral capabilities and potential.
Ultimately, when the first state becomes impossible and the second state is unachievable and requires more planning and reasoning, and it is believed that it will take a long time to achieve it, everyone accepts the artificial and wild scenario of the second state.
This means that the second state can be faked. A situation can be created that is similar to the second situation, but it is not it. The struggle for the original and the fake is precisely the latter case. Hasty, enterprising, short-sighted, unpretentious, myopic, superficial, and accidental politicians who are unable to see beyond, say, ten years enter the struggle under the guise of realism and seizing opportunities, and pretending to be the latter, they succumb to hasty changes.
They have many propaganda tools at their disposal, and their main argument is that the people are hungry and scattered around the world, and there is no time to drag out processes. Let's do something to change the current situation. They accuse the opposition of warmongering and spreading hatred and become the vanguard of change that does not last even for days.
Recently, this movement has entered the field, taking into account the weaknesses and divisions of the ruling group. God help them. Frankly, the situation is such that it is difficult to prioritize over the fundamental urgency. Perhaps this is because Afghanistan is still deprived of a far-sighted and financially oriented political and civil society, and its fate is written by others. Others do not do fundamental things for us.
