Zabiullah Mujahid announced a new stage in the transfer of Pashtun "Naqils" - settlers from Pakistan to Afghanistan.

The statement by Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid about the resettlement of border Pashtuns of Afghanistan in remote provinces of the country has refreshed the centuries-old wounds of the era of Nadir Khan and his Interior Minister Mohammad Gul Momand. This is a wake-up call that they want to turn a multi-identical Afghanistan into a mono-identical one.
The argument of the Taliban spokesman was that in order to prevent terrorist attacks of Tahriki Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in Pakistan, the Taliban agreed with Pakistan to transfer TTP fighters to the remote provinces of Afghanistan, namely to its north. It was the most ridiculous political news the people of Afghanistan have ever heard about the politics of Pakistan and the Taliban.
This agreement has several interesting points:
First, recognize that the Pashtuns on the Durand Line are terrorists, whether they call them terrorists or not;
Secondly, this is an indication that Pakistan is cooperating with the Taliban in creating a mono-identity for Afghanistan, that is, we can say that a new stage has begun in the transfer of naqils - Pashtun migrants from the south to the north of Afghanistan, where non-Pashtuns live. This issue can contribute more to civil wars, because the resettlement of one ethnic group by the state to places where it does not know either the language or the local culture, and foreign lands must be usurped for the sake of new naqils, contradicts the socio-anthropological foundations of Afghanistan.
Thirdly, the Taliban agree to the relocation of the Pashtuns of TTP to remote provinces of Afghanistan, that is, in other words, the Taliban will bring terrorists from Pakistan into the country. Here, in terms of foreign policy and terrorism, Afghanistan's imports and exports are not balanced in the field of terrorism. Afghanistan does not export terrorists but imports them. O Allah!
These actions by the Taliban increase inter-ethnic tensions and force the non-Pashtun population to continue their struggle under the leadership of the Azadi Corps and the National Resistance Front to protect equal rights, especially since countries such as Tajikistan and Iran are committed to resisting the Taliban and have given the green light.
I have been invited to international conferences twice, one in China and another in Australia, to talk about the impact of immigration, and I have learned a lot from foreign professors. Today, in most cases, forced migration for work, for example from Latin America to the United States of America, or political migration of Syrians to Turkey, or due to unfavorable living conditions occur in all parts of the world. The migration that is carried out by an illegitimate government and the transfer of terrorists in order to create a mono-identity in the country is new. We can give a similar example, for example, Australia. After the formation of a country called Australia, the British moved thieves and murderers from their territory to its lands, and Australia was built. However, in our case, Pakistan wants to export terrorism to the provinces of Afghanistan for its own political interests and those of the Taliban.
In Francis Fukuyama's Identification: The Demand for Dignity and the Politics of Resentment (2018), one of the best-selling books of the year, we read that capital and industry are forcing Europeans to migrate from one corner of the continent to another. This fueled racial discrimination in Europe and, as a result, nurtured Nazism, of which German fascism is an example.
There is no industry or capital in Afghanistan, and this migration and movement of frontier Pashtuns unite non-Pashtun peoples, which is not suitable for the common fabric of Afghanistan, but on the contrary, it is dangerous. Today is not the era of Mohammadgul Mohmand and the people of Afghanistan will not accept this political ploy.
