Where will the humiliation of the Panjshirs by the Taliban lead?

Real Story - 1:
“Every year, heaps (nomads) from the warm southern and eastern regions come to Panjshir and the surrounding areas to graze their sheep in the pastures, and three to four months before the onset of cold weather, when their cattle are fattened, they sell their dairy products to the locals and return to where they came from. The arrival of nomads in Panjshir did not stop even in the most difficult years. During the years of the First Resistance under the leadership of Ahmad Shah Massoud, when Panjshir was practically under economic and social siege by the Taliban, nomads moved freely to Panjshir, and no one harmed them or interfered with their work. Now that the Taliban have taken control of Panjshir, the situation has changed. Nomads, without any shame or conscience, graze their herds in the fields of local residents and harm them. The inhabitants protested several times against these actions of the nomads, but not only did they not achieve any results, but the nomads and the Taliban also shrugged their shoulders and told them: "You are our captives, and the captive has no right to protest."
Real story - 2:
“In the Obshor district of the Panjshir province in the Sangikhan area, not far from the Friday mosque, there is a Taliban post. Most of the fighters in this group are from Zabul and Helmand and speak little Farsi. Although their post is located next to the mosque, they do not participate in prayers. Some people have asked them why you believers in religion and God don't attend prayers. In response, the Taliban coldly stated: “Since the imam of the mosque is from the local people, our prayer behind the captive imam (slave) is not allowed.”
These two events are of central importance: the Taliban treat the inhabitants of Panjshir as people whose homeland is conquered by force, and they even consider the judgments applicable to the land of infidels or new Muslims to apply to Panjshir and treat its inhabitants as people who do not have value or meaning.
Recently, the Taliban destroyed the tombstone of Ahmad Shah Massoud for the third time to show that in addition to the living, they treat the dead with humiliation. The most important feature of the Taliban militant is tough and humiliating behavior toward those who consider themselves their opponent.
The use of the method of humiliation of the people is one of the most common among the Taliban. The Taliban treat people, especially those who think that they are related to the opposing front, with contempt and belittle them, and do not show them respect and dignity. Apparently, the Taliban think that by breaking people's self-esteem, they will deprive them of the slightest ability to resist and eliminate the possibility of a rebellion in them.
There are constant reports in the media about the brutal and violent treatment by the Taliban of people of Panjshir origin or from areas such as Andrab and Takhar, where there is more or less armed resistance to the Taliban. Thousands of people from these areas are currently being held in horrendous Taliban prisons under false pretenses and living in humiliating and harsh conditions. Can the Taliban rule by humiliating people?
Maybe in the short term, the Taliban will be able to crush popular resistance, but in the long term, the humiliating treatment of the people will accumulate complexes, and one day these complexes will somehow be opened.
Psychoanalysts say that from the moment people open their eyes to the world, what they most need is to be valued and treated as individuals whose existence is important. But if a person or persons are humiliated because of their gender, nationality, or race and a sense of rejection is internalized in them, then at the first stage these people have a negative attitude towards themselves and consider themselves worthless, and at the second stage, they are relative, have a negative attitude towards society and, if, given the opportunity, they can commit dangerous acts in relation to society. In other words, the humiliation of people has not only individual but can also have wide-ranging social consequences.
A person who is humiliated and devalued becomes an unpredictable person. Anton Chekhov, a famous Russian writer, somewhere says that there is nothing in the world more pernicious than humiliation; Humiliation is the worst thing that can happen to a person. When a person has no dignity and self-respect, life is meaningless and comes down to only one thing - breathing. A person who feels worthless and humiliated will lose interest in life.
If the Taliban think that they can strengthen the foundations of their rule by using the bayonet, insulting and humiliating people, they are very mistaken. Humiliation hurts a person from the inside, and memories will remain in his memory forever. A humiliated person may not do anything yet, but as soon as he has a chance, he will take revenge.
If the Taliban leaders seek to capture the hearts of the people, it is necessary to teach their fighters to treat people correctly and respectfully. The fact that military commanders and leaders of the Taliban turn a blind eye to the crimes of this group against civilians in Afghanistan proves that the entire Taliban system is involved in these crimes and approves of them.
Those Panjshir residents who live in Panjshir and Kabul are basically oppressed people, and now that they have no means to get out of the country, they are forced to feel their necks under the sword of the Taliban every minute and be subjected to the danger and cruel treatment. From the point of view of human rights norms, as well as from the point of view of religious teachings, the principle is the innocence of a person, unless proven otherwise. It is not good to beat, torture, and put people in jail with conjectures and assumptions. If this behavior continues, one day a reaction follows.
Unfortunately, public opinion in Afghanistan does not pay attention to what is happening to the Panjshiris; It seems that the suffering of the inhabitants of Panjshir is not the suffering of the inhabitants of this land, and it seems that Panjshir belongs to a land far from us. If in each case an ethnic and party factor is involved, then this factor should not be used in the oppression of a person. The Taliban can use the differences between people to their advantage and carry out their plans. A necessary condition for preventing the arbitrariness of the Taliban is the unity and integration of opposition forces.
