What more evidence needs to be provided for us to understand or they - the countries north of Afghanistan - to understand that Pakistan really occupied Afghanistan and moved the Durand line to the Amu Darya?

Author: Rustam Rushangar, analyst

According to media reports, Pakistan's Special Representative for Afghanistan Asif Durrani welcomed the resettlement of the Pakistani Taliban to northern Afghanistan and said that if this resettlement takes place in a real way, it will lead to peace on the borders of two countries.

Now, some friends who believe that the transfer of the Tehriki Taliban Pakistan (TTP) to northern Afghanistan is a Pakistani plan, and not a Pashtun plan, will say that our words and hadiths were correct, and those who consider this Pashtun plan were wrong. It must be said that this is not so.

The transfer of the Pakistani Taliban to the north of Afghanistan is a multipurpose, multidirectional, and joint program. This program is Pakistani because it keeps the Pakistani Taliban from infiltrating northern Pakistan for some time. In fact, it is the deportation of the Pakistani Taliban by the government of Pakistan that can to some extent reduce the level of security in the northern and northwestern regions of this country.

This program is Pashtun because it is in line with the previous program of Pashtun naqilin settlers to the north. This program was followed by the Pashtun rulers for a hundred years. Now the Taliban are killing two birds with one stone. They act according to the idea and plan of the Pashtunists, i.e. " the wolves are fed" and this will be a concession to Pakistan, i.e. "the sheep are safe."

This program continues to have an international dimension. In the international dimension, on the one hand, this program is designed to create a platform and provide a safe place for regional and international terrorists. This is part of the Taliban's commitment to international terrorists. On the other hand, this program is in line with the imperialist goals of the US and Britain to expand the sphere of influence of their proxy groups in the sphere of influence of Russia and China, which they will use in the future for a variety of purposes.

Don't forget that Talib is a combination of:

Pashtunism;

terrorism and

imperialism.

All three "isms" are combined with the transfer of Waziristani terrorists to northern Afghanistan and benefit. For this reason, we can call the “Taliban/Pashtun/terrorists in northern Afghanistan” three “isms”, and each of them has a name:

Pashtunization of the North

Waziristanization of the North

Destabilization of the North

It is clear that the real and potential dangers of this program are directed at the indigenous peoples of the North, especially non-Pashtun and neighboring countries such as Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Russia, and China. The indigenous inhabitants of the north will lose their lands and burn for a long time in the fire of war, discord, and destabilization.

Among the five countries mentioned, it should be noted that the first three countries face serious risks: Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan. China and Russia can deal with the growing threat of terrorism on their borders by relying heavily on their military capabilities and strength, but the above three countries do not have much capacity to deter terrorism, and inevitably they should take additional preventive measures. In fact, China and Russia may not consider themselves to need preventive measures and think that whenever the danger becomes severe, they can get rid of the evil with the help of curative actions.

The solution today is simple, but perhaps it will be difficult and complex after some time. Today's solution is to unify the non-Pashtun ethnic groups in the north and resurrect popular resistance groups in all parts of the north.  Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan can also force China and Russia to cooperate by forming a strong regional alliance and save both Afghanistan and themselves from terrorism by supporting the resistance forces in northern Afghanistan.

Now let's return to the words of the owner of the house called Afghanistan, that is, Pakistan and its special representative Asif Durrani, who is nothing but a mockery of the minds of not only the peoples of the north but also the countries of the north of Afghanistan. So terrorists are sent to the borders of Central Asian countries to secure the borders of Pakistan and destabilize the borders of Central Asia? What more evidence needs to be provided for us to understand or they - the countries north of Afghanistan - to understand that Pakistan really occupied Afghanistan and moved the Durand line to the Amu Darya? And it is not surprising that with the arrival of the Pashtun Wazirs from Pakistan to Northern Afghanistan, one day it may be renamed North Waziristan...
