The US and the Taliban want to place Uyghur and Tajik terrorists on the borders of China and Tajikistan.

Author: Moein Islampur, former officer of the Afghan National Army, specially for Sangar

While some enthusiastically welcome the emergence of the Pamir district, another administrative unit in Badakhshan province, a terrifying ethnic conspiracy overshadows these emotions. The long-term plan and agenda of the ethnic Taliban emirate is to host terrorist groups in the area and achieve ethnic hegemony.

There were two historical periods of resistance to ethnic tyranny. The first resistance challenged the ethnic grand strategy and prevented the implementation of Pashtun ethnic and tribal goals and plans.

The second stage was the twenty-year republic. Relying on massive economic, political, and military support from the international community—the US and NATO—to support the so-called "national and people's government," the Pashtuns certainly acted within the framework of their tribal agenda. During Presidents Karzai and Ghani, they pursued precisely this policy. They imposed strict restrictions on non-Pashtun ethnic groups. However, non-Pashtun ethnic groups led by the Tajiks challenged the sinister goals and strategy of authoritarianism, extremism, and exclusivity in the election campaigns (Karzai-Ghani).

Thus, despite the “sheep literature”, large-scale election fraud, and scandals at the national and international levels, the Tajiks, as well as their strategic allies the Hazaras, Uzbeks, and others, remained in a winning position. In the end, the external lobbyists in collusion with former US Secretary of State John Kerry, pursuing a strategy of Pashtun supremacy, turned the losing game to their advantage with the help and coordination of external forces, imposing a deceptive project of “national unity government”.

In this situation, the breathtaking struggle in the American democratic arena for political power has become a warning of the danger that has shaken Pashtun fascism with great force. Finally, the fascist think tank and the fifth column within this structure, led by Hanif Atmar and some other Nazis, very subtly and cleverly designed and intensified the construction of settlements in Kabul to accommodate the Pashtuns. In the north of the country, too, the ethnic displacement program was still being implemented. During these twenty years, influential personalities and people who were considered to be a strong and insurmountable obstacle to achieving ethnic goals were eliminated and killed.

Now the "Pamir district" scenario involves a massive ethnic roadmap where sinister tribal strategists want to move terrorists in these areas with an emotional and seemingly compassionate approach to the Pamirs:

1 - The East Turkestan Movement (Uyghurs) is a dangerous terrorist group that has been carrying out complex tasks for many years with the Taliban and the Al Qaeda network. They operate based on the secret plans of the international backstage and are motivated by the goals of global jihad against Chinese interests, as a reserve force, and are considered a dangerous threat to China.

The Taliban have repeatedly given China false assurances that these forces have left the country, going to North Waziristan and other places. While some of them are active in Baghlan, Kunduz, and other provinces of Afghanistan, another part is fighting for the Taliban in Pakistan.

Although China is an unofficial strategic ally of the Taliban, it is concerned about the presence of terrorist groups in Afghanistan. For example, in the latest case, China's Permanent Representative to the UN Fu Cong expressed concern at a Security Council meeting.

2 - Ansarullah Group: This group has fought for the Taliban and al-Qaeda for many years and is a trusted member of the al-Qaeda network. With the dream of overthrowing the Tajik government and establishing an Islamic government in the country, it has been a tool and instrument of the Taliban and al-Qaeda. This group is much more dangerous than the Uyghurs and other terrorist groups and is considered a serious threat to Tajikistan.

3 - Given the ethnic agenda, the settlement of Waziristanis, terrorist groups of regional countries in these areas, as well as the social sphere of Tajiks and other ethnic groups, including Panjshir, Badakhshan, Takhar, and the mountainous areas of Baghlan, are a priority of the ethnic strategy. Goals of the Ethnic Strategy:

1 - Under the pretext of the "Pamir district", they transfer the groups mentioned above to these areas and, following grandiose intelligence games, wait for the next command and order to achieve strategic goals.

2 - The ethnic Taliban emirate, with an emotional approach, actually seeks to create a terrorist base to use this project to collect tribute from neighboring countries bordering the Pamirs, as well as to achieve important intelligence goals.

3 - In addition to the ethnic strategy behind the Pamir district project, which is a dangerous regional roadmap, there are corresponding American interests. Since the Americans are worried about China's economic plans and progress, they are trying to unleash a long-term war of attrition to destroy the security belt around China, using the border strategic strips in Badakhshan and Taiwan - the gray zone of the United States and China. Undoubtedly, the main focus of these goals will be the resettlement of regional terrorists under the pretext of the "Pamir district".

4 - The conquest of the strategic areas of Badakhshan: Pamir, Ishkashim, Khakhan, Shugnan, etc. - is among the main goals that the Pashtun emirate will pursue in the future to Afghanize and transform the population of this province.

Based on the above, it is the same "nuclear weapon" of Haibatullah that will serve as a threat to future insurgents in these regions and then to Tajikistan, China, and other areas adjacent to the Pamirs. The main goals of the ethnic strategy of the Pashtuns are to seize strategic points in Badakhshan, create siege lines for its inhabitants, and generally Afghanize the province and other areas inhabited by non-Pashtun ethnic groups, which is part of the ethnic manifesto.
