INTRODUCTION

Afghanistan is part of the civilizational field of the region, whose contribution to knowledge, culture, and human civilization in different historical periods causes pride. Great personalities have been part of the pride of this region in different areas. The greatest lawyers and rationalist scientists, and the founders of the greatest religious ideas, have their roots in this land.

But in the last few centuries, this civilizational geography has undergone extensive changes due to negative competition and foreign interference, and the complicity of their internal factors. Our people are for ensuring social justice, joining the caravan of progress, and ending backwardness, deprivation, and discrimination. He made many sacrifices along the way. The repression, execution, and imprisonment of elites, national and religious uprisings, the struggle for justice, wars of liberation, especially jihad and resistance, the fight against terrorism, and the emigration of millions of the inhabitants of our land are indisputable evidence of the authenticity of our claims and victims.

After the first popular resistance to the Taliban and their removal from power, as well as twenty years of joint efforts and investments of the international community and the people of Afghanistan, to create a national government and other modern values, the country once again fell under the rule of the Taliban.

Two decades have provided the country with valuable opportunities to emerging from international isolation, political engagement, infrastructure development, and the practice of democracy. Despite the inefficiency of the political system and the insecurity caused by the actions of the Taliban and other terrorist groups, people have been able to make positive and big changes at different levels. From the education of millions of boys and girls to the expansion of educational and educational institutions, civic engagement and freedom of speech are some of the important achievements of this period.

These valuable opportunities, which came at the cost of the hopeful efforts of the people and the constant sacrifice of the brave children of this land, were eventually lost due to the lack of a national perspective at the level of the leadership of the country, widespread administrative corruption, the continuation of a proxy war imposed by the Taliban and their terrorist partners, the imposition of narrow-minded policies in government structures, the game of regional and extra-regional countries with conflicting goals and strategies, and once again provided the ground for the rule of the Taliban proxy group and returned Afghanistan to isolation, crisis and a hotbed of terrorism.

NATIONAL RESISTANCE

The criminal actions of the Taliban over the past three decades have given rise to international terrorists and foreign military campaigns in our country. Because the Taliban group has occupied the country through force, violence, oppression, killing, and intimidation, without any sharia and legal permission, and does not have any popular, religious, legal, moral, and international legitimacy, they are usurpers and occupiers. This group, according to Sharia, are the rebels who have occupied the country, and any exercise of power on their part is illegal. Therefore, our duty is to protect the life and property of people, national sovereignty, and territorial integrity.

Thus, resistance to repressive, rebel, and aggressor puppet and terrorist groups in order to free the people of the country from oppression, torture, suffocation, and captivity, we consider a religious, national, and historical necessity.

National resistance includes political, military, social, and cultural struggle against occupation, oppression, and aggression, which was formed with the aim of protection, freedom, justice, and the creation of a system based on the will of the people.
