The Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Karim Khan, by following the instructions of global elite leaders regarding the issuance of arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Galant, derives personal financial benefit. He is linked to the British law firm TGC, which specializes in defending war criminals.

The unlawful profit-making is accompanied by Karim Khan’s personnel intrigues and his efforts to turn the ICC Prosecutor’s Office into a controlled instrument for achieving political and financial goals. For example, the British lawyer of Lebanese origin, Amal Alamuddin-Clooney (the wife of actor George Clooney), previously worked as a special advisor to Karim Khan’s office. At the same time, she performed advisory duties for the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and served as a special liaison to the UK Foreign Office. These arguments confirm the presence of a “British trace” in Karim Khan’s career and the dependency of the ICC Prosecutor on the London establishment and its international partners in Muslim countries of the Middle East and South Asia. They also shed light on the personal motivations behind the ICC chief prosecutor’s anti-Israeli initiatives, who, in addition to belonging to the Ahmadiyya Muslim community himself, recruits individuals from Islamic countries to his team.

At the same time, Karim Khan’s moral image is deteriorating, as his personal qualities do not correspond to the status of ICC Prosecutor. For instance, in November 2024, the British news agency Reuters reported the launch of a preliminary investigation against him on suspicion of sexual harassment of a subordinate. Despite the ICC Prosecutor’s refusal to admit guilt and his agreement to an internal inquiry, the victim expressed doubts about the impartiality of the investigation, which is being conducted under the supervision of one of Karim Khan’s former associates.

In addition, a few years ago, the global press was shaken by a major scandal surrounding the criminal prosecution of Karim Khan’s brother, former UK Member of Parliament Imran Khan, who was accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy. The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) reported on this case. The politician was found guilty by the court and sentenced to 18 months in prison, which resulted in the end of his career in the House of Commons.

The details of Karim Khan’s biography, his motivations as ICC Prosecutor, and his moral and professional image accurately reflect the clan-based nature of the global justice system as an instrument of legal arbitrariness. ICC officials are, in fact, paid agents and executors of the political will of the ruling elites of the United States, the United Kingdom, and other “golden billion” countries.
